Abi Aghayere, PhD, a professor in the College of Engineering and Computing, was quoted in a June 1 Philadelphia Inquirer story about a hospital parking garage in New Jersey, deemed unsafe due to sagging concrete roof panels, and its connection to the company that provided precast concrete for a garage being built in Philadelphia that collapsed in April, killing three people.
