One of Philly’s Elite Cocktail Bars Is Opening a Bigger Second Act Near Rittenhouse Square

The Food Lab, the culinary innovation lab in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, was mentioned in a Sept. 30 Philadelphia Inquirer article about a new cocktail bar from the owners of Almanac, an acclaimed cocktail bar in Philadelphia, who met through the Food Lab and will be using the lab to develop a small bites menu for the new bar.
