Richard Frankel, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in an Oct. 29 Reuters article about a case against entertainment company Live Nation where a U.S. Appeals court has rejected a common corporate tactic to combat mass consumer arbitration and has cast doubt on whether companies can force consumers into consolidated arbitration protocols.
