Drexel Liberty Scholar Abduljaleel Shoufan, an incoming undergraduate in the College of Engineering, who fled Syria with his parents as a child, attended Science Leadership Academy and will study civil engineering at Drexel, was featured in a May 30 Philadelphia Inquirer story.
