Drexel Men's Varsity Eight Holds off La Salle to Three-Peat at the Dad Vail Regatta

Drexel'srowing teams were featured in a number of stories about the Dad Vail Regatta and the Dragons' claiming their third consecutive victory in the event. The stories included May 10 previews byWPVI-TV (6-abc)and The Philadelphia Inquirer, May 11 pieces in The Philadelphia Inquirer , WCAU-TV (NBC-10)andKYW-TV (CBS-3) and May 12 WCAU-TV (NBC-10)andWPHL-TV (PHL-17)segments about the Dragons' victory. Head Coaches Katie Lane and Matt Weaver, and student-athletes Richmond Coney, an undergraduate in the College of Arts and Sciences, Carter Hubbard, an undergraduate in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems; Matt Sherman, a graduate student in LeBow College of Business; andJosh Diggons, John LittleandJulianna Rogers, all undergraduates in LeBow College of Business, were quoted in the stories.
