Nancy Spector, MD, executive director of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program and the Executive Leadership in Health Care program, in the College of Medicine, was quoted in a March 6 Philadelphia Inquirer article about how more than 1,300 women have trained in the ELAM program for leadership roles in academic medicine.
