Vanguard Raises Eyebrows in Search for New CEO

Lauren D’Innocenzo, PhD, an associate professor in the LeBow College of Business, was quoted in a March 18 The Philadelphia Inquirer article about the retirement of Vanguard’s CEO and the company’s announcement that it would look for new CEO candidates both internally and externally, which is unusual for the company that has always hired for the position with internal candidates.
