Yanliu Huang, PhD, an associate professor in the LeBow College of Business, was quoted in Jan. 24 Business Insider and WNYW-TV (FOX-New York) stories about recently published research she co-authored on how regular checkout systems provide greater grocery store loyalty than self-checkout systems.
