Jonathan Deutsch, PhD, a professor, and Rachel Sherman, project manager of the Food Lab, both in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, were quoted in an Oct. 30 GRID Philly article about how students in the Food Lab are learning how to reduce food waste and spread that knowledge locally.
