Pennsylvania House Committee Hears Testimony on Riparian Buffer Bill

Roland Wall, PhD, director of the Patrick Center for Environmental Policy in the Academy of Natural Sciences, was quoted in an Oct. 2 Pennsylvania Capital-Star story about the state legislature considering a bill that would require property owners to provide a 100-foot buffer along any body of water adjoining their land.
