The Food and Hospitality Management department, in the College of Nursing and Health Professions, was mentioned in an Oct. 2 Philadelphia Inquirer article about a local woman’s initiative to educate chefs and consumers about Wagyu cows and beef, including a six-week certification course at Drexel that covers Wagyu genetics, history, breeding, and sourcing.
