An analysis conducted by the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation and Kevin Gillen, PhD, a senior research fellow in the Institute was featured in a Feb. 15 WHYY “Plan Philly” article about the volume of home sales in the Philadelphia region. Gillen was also quoted in a Feb. 16 Philadelphia Business Journal article about the state of the Philadelphia-area housing market.
