In Abortion Pill Ruling, the Supreme Court Trades Ambition for Prudence

David S. Cohen, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in an April 22 New York Times story about the Supreme Court’s order on Friday night that maintains the availability of a commonly used abortion pill. Cohen was also quoted in an April 20 Bloomberg Law story about how the ruling may lead to future litigation for the FDA, which could upend the agency’s drug approval process.
