Sharing Excess, a non-profit startup founded by Evan Ehlers while he was a student at the Charles D. Close School of Entrepreneurship, was featured in a Sept. 28 Philadelphia Inquirer article about how the non-profit helped to redistribute 11 million pounds of surplus food and produce in Philadelphia that would have gone to landfills.
