Elizabeth Kukura, JD, an assistant professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in an Oct. 25 Bloomberg Law article about trigger laws in at least 13 states that were set to go into effect following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade and the obstacles some states are facing as it pertains to broader issues like privacy and personal freedom.
