Autism Comorbidities Reflect Racial, Ethnic Disparities

Whitney Schott, PhD, an assistant research professor in the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute, was quoted in a Jan. 19 Spectrum article about recently published research co-authored by Schott that showed autistic adults from underrepresented populations on Medicaid are at a higher risk for certain cooccurring conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure.
