Sarah Long, MD, a professor in the College of Medicine, was quoted in a Jan. 18 WMAQ-TV (NBC-Chicago, Illinois) story about giving teens a booster shot to fight against omicron. Long was also quoted Jan. 17 in The Mirror (UK) about whether recipients of the Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine should be concerned about heart inflammation.
