Soneyet Muhammad, director of workforce and economic inclusion in the Office of University and Community Partnerships, was quoted in a Sept. 12 Philadelphia Inquirer story about the MindSet program, run by the nonprofit Episcopal Community Services, that uses coaching to help participants think more clearly and work through a succession of discrete goals, so they can change their circumstances in lasting ways.
