Pennsylvania School Turning to 'Cyber Snow Days' On Bad Weather Days

Michael Kozak, EdD, an assistant clinical professor in the School of Education, was quoted in a Jan. 17 FOX News story about giving schools the option to use up to five flexible instruction days, known as "cyber snow days," per school year. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolfe signed Senate Bill 440 into law over the summer, which permits them to do so.
