Michelle Lowry, PhD, TD Bank Professor of Finance at the LeBow School of Business and academic director of the Raj & Kamla Gupta Governance Institute, was quoted in a Feb. 10 Philadelphia Business Journal story about the Philadelphia Alliance of Capital and Technologies’ (PACT) Fintech Conference held at LeBow College.
