NCAA ‘Not Acting in Good Faith’

Ellen Staurowsky, EdD, a professor in the Sport Management program in the LeBow College of Business, was quoted in a Nov. 14 Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder how states, like Minnesota, are following California’s lead to legislate bills allowing college athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness (NIL) despite the NCAA recently announcing it will allow athletes to profit from NIL.
