School District will pay Drexel $7M for a new school building in W. Phila.

Drexel was featured in a June 28 Philadelphia Inquirer story about the Philadelphia School District approving $7 million to help cover the costs of a new building to house the Powel Elementary School and Science Leadership Academy Middle School. The new school will be built on the former University City High School site following an agreement between Drexel and developer Wexford Science and Technology. WHYY also reported the story.
