Democrats and Republicans Agree: Evidence-based Research Should Play a Greater Role in Health Policymaking

Research from Jonathan Purtle, DrPH, an assistant professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, suggests agreement between Democrats and Republicans on at least one issue: the role of scientific evidence in development of health care policy. The findings were featured in a June 21 Philadelphia Inquirer article.
