Charles Haas, PhD, LD Betz Professor of Environmental Science in the College of Engineering, was quoted in a July 31 Philadelphia Free Press story about testimony he provided for a PA Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee hearing about to the environmental impact of the recent explosion and fire at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery in South Philadelphia.
