As Pensions Fail, Congress Ponders, and Career Savings Evaporate

Norman Stein, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in a July 21 Morning Call(Allentown, Pennsylvania) story about a proposed bill under which the Treasury Department would offer low-interest loans to some of the nation's most underfunded multi-employer pension plans. The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on the legislation next week.
