Norman Stein, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in a Dec. 3 Law360 article about whether the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Department of Labor will enable businesses to cut workers’ deadlines for filing ERISA class actions. Deadlines could be cut in half simply by sending an email.
