Shuttered Philadelphia Refinery May Get New Life After Fire

Kevin Gillen, PhD, senior research fellow in the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, was quoted in a Dec. 24 New York Times story about entities that are interested in buying all or part of the South Philadelphia Refinery, which was shut down after an explosion caused an extensive fire. He was also mentioned in a Dec. 31 Philadelphia magazine story about how real estate trends in 2019 worked out.
