The Food Lab, of the Center for Food and Hospitality Management, was mentioned in an April 25 Philadelphia Inquirer story about hospitals making it easier to eat healthy. The Food Lab developed a low-sodium hoagie roll that Temple Hospital plans to add to their patient menu.
