NYC Has an Algorithm Ethics Task Force, and Drexel Prof Julia Stoyanovich is Involved

Julia Stoyanovich, PhD, an associate professor in the College of Computing & Informatics was featured in a May 30 Technically Philly story about her selection to New York City’s Automated Decision Systems Task Force, the first such group in the nation to look at the ethics of applying algorithms to guide public policy.
