Harris Steinberg, a professor in Westphal College and executive director of the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, authored a May 17 "View Points" article in The Philadelphia Inquirer about Councilman Curtis Jones Jr.’s proposal to place a digital electronic billboard alongside the Schuylkill Expressway on a tract between the Strawberry Mansion Bridge and Montgomery Drive.
