Food Spotlight to Shine on Philadelphia Next Week

The Philly Chef Conference was featured in a March 8 Philadelphia Inquirer article regarding its ability to assemble the top names in food and restaurants to appear in panel discussions primarily to the benefit of students in Drexel’s Center for Food and Hospitality Management, as well as the Philadelphia restaurant community. Director of the Philly Chef Conference, Michael Traud, JD, EdD, assistant clinical professor and director of the hospitality management program, was also featured.
