New Census figures on Philly neighborhoods show inequality, high numbers of whites living in poverty

Neeta Fogg, PhD, economist and research professor in the Center for Labor Markets and Policy in the School of Education was quoted in a Dec. 6 Philadelphia Inquirer article about a new five-year federal survey of poverty in Philadelphia, which shows a city still not recovered from the Great Recession.
