Fishtown developer proposes fence; gives neighbors the ‘middle finger’

Nancy Trainer, associate vice president and university architect, was quoted in a Dec. 5 Plan Philly story about a 95-unit apartment building being built in Fishtown. Trainer is chair of the Civic Design Review committee, which has expressed concerns about plans for the project, including a fence that would limit the neighborhood's access to green space.
