Co-founded by Christopher Gray, while an undergraduate in the Close School of Entrepreneurship, the Scholly app streamlines the process of finding college scholarships. Gray announced the launch of a scholarship fund aimed at helping Howard University students affected by the loss of aid due to misappropriation of scholarship funds.
