Lisa Tucker, JD, an associate professor in the Kline School of Law, co-authored an article for The New York Times on Sept. 23 about the degenerative brain disease chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and whether former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez could have evaded conviction by citing CTE as proof of reasonable doubt about his criminal responsibility.
