Cohen, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, co-authored an Oct. 30 op-ed for U.S. News & World Report about the difficulties of medical care for anyone in custody, as well as the anti-abortion policies of the Trump administration. The piece is related to the case of "Jane Doe," a 17-year-old, undocumented immigrant who has been detained in Texas and was seeking to have an abortion.
