Anil Kalhan, JD, associate professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in The Intercept on March 2 regarding President Trump's use of a new intelligence system called Investigative Case Management, created by Palantir Technologies, a data-mining to assist in the administrations efforts to deport millions of immigrants from the United States.
