Kevin Gillen, PhD, a senior fellow in the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, was quoted in a July 20 Philly Voice article about a new report from the Institute on Philadelphia's housing market that indicates it is accelerating at an unsustainable pace. The report and Gillen were also cited in a related story on KYW-Newsradio (1060-AM) on July 22.
