Colleges Discover the Rural Student

The College of Medicine was mentioned in a Jan. 31 New York Times story about how colleges are looking to recruit more students from rural locales, which often have higher poverty rates and lower education levels than those labeled as "urban." The story notes that Drexel's College of Medicine includes rural students among those served through its diversity office.
