Kevin Gillen, PhD, a senior research fellow in the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, was quoted in a Jan. 11 Philadelphia Inquirer story about Philadelphia experiencing the second-highest average monthly rental increase among all U.S. cities in 2016.
