Hasan Ayaz, PhD, an associate research professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems, was quoted in a Feb. 27 WIRED UK story about how functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) can be used to measure what happens to the brain when people communicate. The new research was also featured in Inverse and I4U News stories.
