Kevin Gillen, PhD, a senior fellow in the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, was quoted in an Aug. 5 Philadelphia magazine story about builders who are trying to lure a new generation into the real estate market by scaling back the size of luxury housing. Gillen's research was also mentioned in an Aug. 8 Curbed Philly post about a 13 percent value increase for suburban Philadelphia homes in the second quarter.
