Drexel Culinary Students Compete In Beet-Based Challenge

Drexel’s Food Lab held a culinary competition among Drexel students to find the best beet powder recipes with local health food company Love Beets. Food Lab manager Ally Zeitz was quoted in an April 21 KYW Newsradio (1060-AM) story about the competition. The Food Lab was also featured, and Zeitz was quoted, in an April 21 Philadelphia magazine story about its participation in the design of a healthy breakfast snack for school studen
