Charles H. Ramsey, distinguished fellow in the Lindy Institute for Urban Development, authored an op-ed for the New York Times on Sept. 24 regarding the civil unrest following the police shootings in Charlotte and Tulsa. He was also quoted in a Sept. 26 Philadelphia Inquirer story about police transparency following the shootings.
