Joel Maxcy, PhD, an associate professor and interim head of Sport Management, was interviewed by PennLive on Nov. 4 regarding the struggle of new NFL recruits, mainly young black men who are grappling with the opportunity to evoke change, while still working to solidify their place as NFL contributors.
