Robert Ambrose, an instructor in Drexel’s Center for Hospitality and Sport Management, was quoted in a July 27 Philadelphia Business Journal story about the economic impact of the Democratic National Convention. Ambrose was also featured in the July issue of Casino Life magazine in a story about publicly acknowledging great customer service and being a mentor.
