David S. Cohen, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in a July 1 Talking Points Memo story about what may happen after the Supreme Court's decision on abortion. He was also cited in a June 30 Legal Intelligencer story as the co-writer for an amicus brief regarding a long history of Pennsylvania legislature ignoring Supreme Court precedent on abortion.
