Jacob Lahne, PhD, assistant professor in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management, was quoted in a Vice story on April 25 about his research investigating whether consumers can discriminate between bourbon and rye whiskey. Vocativ, Popular Science and Newser also featured the research April 25.
