After Pregnancy, Helping Moms With HIV Continue Health Care

Erika Aaron, an assistant professor in the College of Medicine and coordinator of prenatal clinic for HIV positive mothers at Drexel's Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice and the Partnership Plus clinic and at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, and Florence Momplaisir, MD, MSHP, an assistant professor in the College of Medicine and the Dornsife School of Public Health, were interviewed in a Nov. 5 WHYY-Radio (91-FM) “The Pulse” story about a program that they are spearheading to help new mothers, who are infected with HIV, continue to get treatment after having their baby.
