Neilanjan Nandi, MD, an assistant professor in the College of Medicine, was quoted in a July 31 Philadelphia Inquirer article about helminthic therapy, the use of tiny worms (usually in the larval stage) as immunotherapy for diseases caused by chronic inflammation.
